It’s a big enough umbrella ~c
Self portrait, edited with mobile applications. The photo was inspired by lyrics from The Police. “It’s a big enough umbrella, but it’s always me that ends up getting wet”. I suppose I’ve felt this way for quite some time. I originally created this image three years ago.
It’s time to change.
They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. And that it’s never too late to change. “They” say a lot of things.
At 51, when you finally come to the realization that you’re not where you should be, how do you change?
Accepting and loving yourself is key. From here, change is possible.
You can stay under the rain cloud as long as you want. No one will come to drag you out if you don’t want to be dragged out from under it.
You can chose to accept the wrong people in your life. Even some that will hurt you.
Or. You can chose to face truths and do what is best for you. None of this is rocket science. But this is my first blog entry ever and this is where I begin. I choose to get out from the rain cloud.
